Service Description

Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflex points in the feet, head, and hands that correspond to all parts of the body. In this system, nerve endings in the extremities provide a 'map' of the body. Through the application of pressure on reflex points, reflexology promotes relaxation, improvement of circulation, and a return to homeostasis (balance). Session fees paid cash in person or e-transfer ahead of time.
